Pesnique Healthcare is expanding its compassionate care team in Redcar & Cleveland! We’re looking for caring, dedicated individuals to support people with:

• Learning disabilities
• Autism and sensory needs
• Mental health conditions
• Accessing community activities through 1:1 support (non-group based)

🎯 Your role will include:

• Supporting clients with daily routines and community access
• Promoting independence and wellbeing
• Delivering care tailored to individual needs
• Working in line with person-centred planning and safeguarding principles

🧠 We provide full training in autism-informed care, trauma-sensitive communication, and mental health support—because quality starts with knowledge.

Wakefield & Dewsbury

Contract: Full-Time, Part-Time <remove, if not relevant>

Salary: From £900 - £1100 per week plus living allowance of £50
